  • Athletic performance (speed, stamina,
    endurance)
  • Physiology (peak lactate, lactate speed,
    resting and peak heart rate]
  • Blood chemistry (hemoglobin,
hematocrit, & white blood cell count)
  • Measured results at 3- and 12-days
    after AltoLab Program completed and
compared to 1- and 8- days before
    AltoLab treatment
To do the blind placebo vs. IHT with
the
AltoLab the test subjects were
blocked from seeing their blood O2
numbers. The IHT subjects had an
AltoLab fitted with an Hypoxic Silo
and the placebo had the
AltoLab
without the Hypoxic Silo. Thus test
subjects did not know if they were
exposed to the IHT treatments or not.
