AltoLab training is particularly well-suited for all types of martial arts, including boxing,
ultimate fighting, wrestling and karate etc. AltoLab will improve the aerobic condition of virtually
any person, regardless of their existing levels of fitness. This has been observed time and
again by the pro fighters who have used it religiously prior to fights. They all notice that in the
later rounds they are able to keep their hands up and stay alert even after they trade flurries. "It
