AltoLab training has resulted in some spectacular results from triathlon and Iron Man competitors. The improvement has been observed in both male and female athletes. They often see results from just a single, 15-day program timed to finish about 3-4 days before their events. We constantly hear back from our athletes of them putting up their personal best times after they go on the AltoLab program. Moreover, their times continue to improve as long as they stay with the program and go through several top-ups during the season. It's not too surprising, since AltoLab was invented by a triathlete, Brendon Downey, from New Zealand. Other notable users are Cameron Brown, Bevan Docherty, Samantha Warriner and Kiyomi Niwata. All of these folks train in Australia where mountains do not exist and traditional altitude training is impossible. It doesn't matter anymore. |
