There is a long-standing misconception that IHT and altitude training only benefit long distance and endurance events. But that notion was dispelled in March 2009 with the dramatic win of Britain's Dwain Chambers in the indoor Euro Championships who crushed the European record for the 60m dash with a time 6.42 sec. When questions about how he did it, he told the media it was AltoLab.
Shortly after this, numerous World-class track and field sprinter and distance runners from all over the world became AltoLab users. Many of them achieved the Personal Records within 4 months of going on AltoLab programs that we recommended. They include American long jumper Dwight Phillips, who at 31 years of age, had his best long jump of 28 ft 8.25 in - and later won the World Championships in Berlin. Other notable AltoLab are the entire Jamaican track team - who's star shattered the World record in the 100 m and 200 m events. |
